Hunter Lacey Founder and CEO
A graduate of New England Culinary Institute, Hunter has spent the last 20 years honing his skills in numerous and varied culinary environments. His most notable experiences include working as Rounds Chef of a 5 star, 4 diamond Relais & Chateaux Property, catering events as large 12,000, conceptualizing and starting 3 successful restaurants, developing and teaching certification classes for the American Culinary Federation, working with Bon Appetite magazine, and extensive travels through Europe. Hunter's early aptitude for the culinary arts allowed him the honor of being one of five students to graduate from the Advanced Placement Program at New England Culinary Institute since the schools founding. His experience, training, and passion lay the foundation for unparalleled energy and performance.

Chip Bales Executive Chef Chip grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and attended Appalachian State University. He chose not to attend culinary school, and his culinary training was gained through apprenticeships under several well respected chefs . After honing his line cooking skills in North Carolina, Atlanta, New Orleans, and Utah, Chip landed in Montana in the Spring of 2002. He has worked at several of the better restaurants in the area including The Continental Divide, The Sweet Pea Cafe, and The Timbers at Moonlight Basin. Chip's love of barbeque and southern cooking, as well as strong overall culinary and managerial skills, will allow him to create for our customers a truly custom dining experience. 406.388.9127 ext. 102

Becky Hill Director of Catering
Becky has created and managed hundreds of events, and as a result has mastered the art of designing a theme that compliments one’s individual style and taste. Becky’s food service experience began at age 14 working at the local ice cream shop. Now, after twenty years in all aspects of the industry, her culinary background really adds to the event planning process.
